  • Monday, noon, GRIT (yoga with weights) @mXe

  • Tuesday, 6 a.m. Yoga Flow 2 @ YogaFit Linden Hills

  • Wednesday, 6 a.m. HIIT (45 min) @ YogaFit Linden Hills

  • Saturday, 9:15 a.m. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) + WISE (core + foam rolling) @ mXe
